While we are still obviously feeling the effects of the virus the good news is that we have also seen customers like ECM, BCA, L Hunt, WM Howard & Jaguar Landrover back on the road. We have not seen them since mid March and not only is it great to have them back in but it gives us all a sense that the new normal is working.
The government have done an excellent job with the furlough scheme which we have used and are continuing to.
Even during this we have opened new accounts – Mulgrew, McCulla & Ashbrook to name a few. Our contactless payment system, up to height driver kiosk and the warm welcome we give our drivers have all helped towards this. As of course has our excellent wash we provide. The feedback from customers has been amazing, with comments such as ‘best truckwash in the UK’ and ‘I wait till I am near here to get my wagon washed’.
We are still adhering to our strict covid 19 policy (see attached).
We are still offering our excellent cab sanitising kits for sale, along now with 5L and 25L refills. The feedback we have got from customers is that these are excellent products that do what it says on the tin. Due to demand we are selling our Lymm Truckwash branded caps and mugs (pic attached). £10 each with £1 from each sale going to our supported and local children’s charity – CAFT. These can be purchased from the kiosk or again contact Laura and they can be posted out (small postage cost).
